Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed for defective, damaged, or wrongly delivered items.
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report the issue.
- We’ll arrange for a pickup or ask you to ship it back (we’ll cover the shipping costs if it’s our fault).
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or personalized products
- Clearance or sale items
- Opened art supplies, pens, or notebooks unless defective
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
