Eligibility for Returns
  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Exchange Policy
  • Exchanges are allowed for defective, damaged, or wrongly delivered items.
  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report the issue.
  • We’ll arrange for a pickup or ask you to ship it back (we’ll cover the shipping costs if it’s our fault).
Non-Returnable Items
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Opened art supplies, pens, or notebooks unless defective
Refunds
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
